Sense initially wouldn't shift off "Diamond" start-up symbol. Did reset by pressing and holding side button. Now is at base "time" screen, but can't swipe left, right or up/down. Have rest again, but no difference. Any ideas? Is fully charged.

Hi @Johnkiwi88 - restarting with the button doesn't change any settings - just in case swipe the watch face to the right top get to Quick Settings and makes you don't have, Sleep, Do not disturb and Always On active and that Wrist wake is active.

@Johnkiwi88 - if the touchscreen is unresponsive it is often early symptoms of a watch fault, especially if combined with other issues.
The only way to be sure is a factory reset (itself not without risk, especially if it is a watch fault) you can always chat via the Fitbit App, Help & support section, Contact Customer support to get help with that.
If the watch is faulty it can be replaced if it is still under warranty.
