I bought my Sense at the end of December and my battery barely lasts 24 hours, sometimes less.  I have done all the updates and don't use anything other than calls, messages and stats.  I have always-on set to off and have manual set for display.   I also have my screen set to dim and timeout to 4 seconds.  This is unacceptable.

This seems like you may have a defective battery (unless you are regularly taking phone calls on your watch for a significant amount of time). 

 

My watch notifies me of call but I do not use my watch to answer calls (I find it cumbersome). 

I have my brightness set to medium, and timeout at 10 seconds and I use about 20% of my battery in a day (25% if I do a run with GPS).
