I’ve tried unpairing and uninstalling. The sense controls will not pair and I am not able to receive texts or phone calls.

Hi @Renee104 before we setup sense Controls, we need to make sure that notifications come through. It also is helpful if we know what phone is having issues.

This affects me as well. I have Sense Controls connected, but am not getting my text messages. The calls come through, but there is no sound. The speaker icon only allows me to set volume for music. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy Note 8.

Hi @SongbirdVB during the incoming call, after answering the call from the wrist, you will see a speaker icon in the top right. Tap this to raise the volume of the caller.
For text messages, let's look at the setup.
