Sense blank screen

Help! My Sense started acting super weird a couple days ago. The screen wouldn't turn on when I clicked the button. It would vibrate, but the display was just black. When on the charger, it works fine. If I keep the always on display on, it works fine. 

I did go swimming a day before it stopped working, so I put it in rice for 24 hours to see if maybe water was the issue. I pulled it out and it was working perfectly for about 5 minutes. I'm so confused!

Hi there, @AbiG0rl. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 5 screen is still blank. I will do my best to help you with this!

If your device got wet, it’s important to take it off and dry it well before putting it back on. On the other hand, if your device has come into contact with any liquid other than fresh water, you should clean it with fresh water and a soap-free cleanser and dry it with a lint free-cloth.

If you haven't done so yet, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
