I've been trying to restart my Fitbit with no luck. It has a black main screen but I can scroll the side to see the others screens. But whenever I hold the side buttons the only thing that comes up is for the stupid wallet, no matter how long I hold. Any tips?

Hi @raizo00 - your watch may not need restarting, instead first change the clock face, either from the clocks app on the watch or in the Gallery tile in the Fitbit App.
There is a knack to using the button but you can still restart it from the watch Settings menu at the bottom, do Shutdown. Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charge cable to restart it and charge it.
For the button, press and keep pressing for 10 seconds until it vibrates and the logo appears.
