I’m wondering if anyone has recovered their sense from this state. My Sense shows a black screen, i can restart it and briefly see the Fitbit logo but it goes back to black. Tried a hard reset but no luck. Green screen sensor on the back works but it does not sync or connect to my phone anymore.
This is my 2nd sense and it is out of warranty. If i cant get it working, then i am done with Fitbit. The product durability is awful. I can’t afford to keep throwing away $200+ every 15 months on a watch. I am so disappointed with Fitbit and Google.

HI @j1assa - it probably is unusable but you could try removing both Bluetooth entries from the phone, toggle Bluetooth off/on and restarting the phone, then restart the watch and in the Fitbit App run the setup. At least this will tell you if the watch is discoverable, probably not.
