My Sense is stuck in a loop: it displays the logo for 6 seconds, then is black for 4 seconds. There is also a light bar that appears irregularly during this loop.
I can't turn it off, do a hard re-boot, connect it, or anything useful. I also tried to contact the help lines (chat, and phone), which gave me error messages.
I searched the site and followed several different sets of instructions, to no avail.
I'm just about to go back to my $25 Casio, which NEVER gives me problems.
Any suggestions?
