Has anyone else experienced this? The strap came apart from the watch, hit the ground and smashed the face!!!
I'm very annoyed, I've only had it a month or so.
Do fitbit give replacements? This was a fault with the product.

I’m sorry to say that a broken face is not under warranty, regardless of being due to strap failure or not.
Do a search and you will see others who have a broken their face and what the outcome was.
