I fully charged my sense before going to sleep and then wore the sense whilst I was asleep. In the morning it had died and would not turn on. I tried charging the Fitbit again but it would not charge. I was given the Fitbit in April 2021 as a gift and this has not happened before. Please advise what can be done.

If that doesn't help then contact Fitbit Support and see if they can get it going again.
