Sense button - Tips and tricks

Hi All,

After a day of trying to figure out how to use the new button, I think I finally figured it out! I wanted to share this with the community in case others are struggling to use it as well. The way that works for me is to straighten out the arm with the sense on it, from your other arm, put your thumb on the button and your pointer and middle fingers on the other side of the device, and then "push" into the watch with the thumb via a pinching motion.

Hope this helps!

Maybe so as long as wearing on left wrist;  on right arm that is likely to dislocate something unless you are a "double-jointed" contortionist.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I find that on the right arm all you have to do is bend your wrist (away from the button) and you will magically push the button.

I find this terribly annoying.....

to be honest the button works fine for me without problems

Thank you so much! I thought it was some sort of capacitive sensor like everybody says, but it is definitively not. You have to actually press it, and not just present your finger. I thought I had a defective Sense, thanks to your post, I know I'm fine! 😀
