Hi there!
Purchased the Sense two weeks ago. I've had problems from the start. Solid state button does not seem to be working. Screen freezes, unable to reset or restart. Any ideas, anyone?

Hi @DutchSascha. Welcome on board.
Thanks for letting me know about your Sense and for the steps tried to get it working correctly. Let's work on this together. Because the Sense has an inductive button instead of a physical button, may I know if you feel a vibration when pressing it? Does the screen freeze when going to the clock face, or is the issue with any screen? Let me recommend to changing the clock face and performing the restart one more time, and let me know how it goes.
