Hi, is there going to be a response the heart rating issues.
The heart rate monitor is the one of the most required features of a fitness/health device, if it is inaccurate then the devise is not only pointless but potentially dangerous, it is not acceptable in a device costing £300
we were sold on the promise of improved tracking, but the tracking is worse then all previous devices, instead of going forward it has gone backward.
in the tests the Quantfied scientist the step tracker is less accurate then the even the charge 2.
the problem is it is now too late to ask for a refund but it needs to be fixed, either with hard ware being sent out or a software update.
