My sense was working this morning and I went to check the time and the screen was blank? I pressed the button on the side to wake the screen up but the button doesn't seem to be there?
I've placed it on charge and that does not do anything. Where can I take it or what can I do for someone to take a look?

Welcome to the forums, @Ricolm.
I've moved your post to the Sense board so we can keep the forums organized. Thanks for bringing this to our attention and your efforts while troubleshooting your watch. Let me explain that instead of a physical button, the Sense has an inductive button (see picture below) and it should vibrate whenever you're pressing it.
That being said, I went ahead to check your details and it seems you already have a case created. I'm glad our Support team is helping you and please keep an open communication with them.
