The indentation on the side of the Fitbit, the "button" has just completely stopped working. I have fully charged my Sense, cleaned it, factory reset it and it's still utterly unresponsive. Luckily I was able to have my screen "always on" otherwise I wouldn't be able to do anything on it! The touch screen isn't doing great either, it's sometimes unresponsive. Has anyone else had this issue and how did you solve it?

Hi @LucyMaeM - it can happen in case if the watch got water in it, there can be disruptions of all sorts. Having factory reset it it should be working properly otherwise.
If it gets hot while charging it would confirm internal damage, stop charging.
If not it may sort itself out after a week of "drying", but if it continues after that it is probably faulty. In any case to be sure avoid any water contact.
Probably best to chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support. They be able to make some tests.

I had problems with the "button" from the start, but found that it works reliably if I squeeze the Sense from both sides, with my thumb on the button on the left side.
