Known charging issues -first faulty cables then eventually with a new one even the watch won’t charge. -this plus numerous other forums make it clear. After everything in Fitbit troubleshooting articles is done the only thing they’ll do for customers is give you a 35% discount on another new one. Like several have indicated their new ones died as well just off warranty. So for one to two years of troublesome watch use it costs $300 US dollars! They have known failures and the company doesn’t stand behind the product.

Hi @Bbish - make sure to follow all the steps fully in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
Also try holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and hopefully the logo appears, both while charging and when not.
Lastly check for condensation in the back sensor windows using a magnifying glass.This may be inconclusive of water damage.
