I have had my Sense since January. My battery died a couple of weeks ago. I have been charging it for 2 weeks and cannot get it to turn on. My mom got hers a month after me and is having the same issue.
Any advice would be super helpful! Thank you!

Hi
Check the charging pins of your Fitbit Sense for any visible dirt. Dust or any foreign material prevents the device from charging. The charging port is more vulnerable to get dirty due to dust and sweat. It is always recommended to clean the device and strap as soon as you return after a workout.
The above is very common on Fitbits sadly.

Press and keep pressing the button on the left side for about 10 seconds. with luck, you will see the Fitbit logo . release the button and let it reboot. it worked for me a few weeks ago.
good luck.
