Sense changed it’s own settings after update

After the last update, my Fitbit sense has changes most of the settings and it won’t let me change them back to how I want it.
For exa.- I can’t look at the time without pressing the button; brightness is on dim and I can not change it etc etc.
it doesn’t always show me my message, even though I’m close to my phone etc.
It take so long to sync, it says what time it was synced but then there’s nothing.
I’ve only had it a couple of months!

Any help would be great.
Thank you

For part of that, or maybe all, sounds like you are in Sleep Mode - just one simple Quick Setting; from main clock face, scroll left (swipe left) to Quick Settings; if half moon is lit, means you are Sleep Mode preventing screen from turning on with wrist turn, making screen dim, preventing notifications, etc, such as you might want while asleep to prevent disturbances; just tap the bright half moon to turn it off; sometimes it is stubborn and have to tap a few times to get it to turn off.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
