Sense charger

So left my sense charger plugged in big mistake it attached itself to a torch I had on my bedside nearly caused a fire thankfully I was awake and smelt the burning. Has melted the whole charger??? How can this be safe like magnets in a charger really doesn't seem smart right now.

Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. Also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.

They may be able to help you with a replacement cable if it's covered under warranty or you can get them online.

@Badkarma666 Magnets in chargers are pretty common now as it makes for a better placement, for example Apple and MagSafe. 

A torch at bedside (Is this an actual flame?) is probably the real safety question.
