No idea how many chargers I have bought since I got my Fitbit Sense. Every time the same problem happens, one of the pins retracts back into the charger and makes it useless.
It’s costing a fortune just to be able to charge my device. This is totally unacceptable and Fitbit need to sort this problem out fast.

I hope you are not spending the official fitbit store price. Get several third-party chargers for the same price from Amazon. Probably same pin problem but not near the cost.

Hi, no I’ve been getting them from Amazon. Since my post I’ve tweeted Fitbit and they are sending a new charger out to me.
Definitely need to sort this problem out.

When I bought my Sense I read that this was a real problem so I bought a 3rd party pack of two "Maledan Compatible with Fitbit Sense & Versa 3 Charger Replacement USB Charging Cable" for $10 in November and it has worked so far with no problem. I did make a concerted effort to let it slowly and deliberately snap into position and see that it is charging by the few second indication of the charging ring on the clock face.
I figured that this most likely is a design flaw and therefore needs to be gingerly babied when attaching the charging cable to the Sense. YMMV

Hi All, unless your watch has a tolerance defect also try this approach. Tips when using the Sense or Versa 3 charging cable
