Does anyone else find that the prongs on the Sense charger get stuck? I’m on my third charger already and I’ve had my Semse only since early May. I know they say to clean them and the watch, which I do. But that little prong gets stuck inside and there’s no way to get it out. Any other suggestions???

Hi @Ssgtck - check very carefully in the 4 holes on the back of the watch with s magnifying glass. They need to be cleaned but not with any metallic sharp objects as that can do damage.
Once a prong is shorter than the others sparking can occur which may affect replacement chargers and damage the watch contact further.
So it is important to clean with the Fitbit guidelines.
Of course the watch build could be faulty or the charge cables also, they are not very robust and there are many posts with the same problem.
Placing your watch on the cable before plugging in is a sensible option and unplugging before removing the watch to avoid accidental shorting.

I have 1 pin on my cgarger that keeps falling into the hole. I can get it out by flicking my finger against the back but it doesn’t stay. And it either stops charging or gives me the “slowly charging” message. And YES I have cleaned both the back of the watch and the connectors there, and the charger itself. And the pin still disapears and doesn’t allow my watch to charge unless I sit there and hold it just the right way.
This is apparently a long on going issue. I did a chat with FitBit support dince my Sense isn’t even a year old. Said they would send me a new charger……
OH BUT THE BEST PART….On back order - Ships by 9/19/22.
are you kidding me? Why haven’t you fixed this issue in over 2 years now?

I can’t even believe they are going to continue to use it for the new Sense 2.

I've had the issue with the charger's pin retracting. I've had to request a couple of replacements under warranty and I've also had to buy additional ones made from Fitbit. Unfortunately, their design is faulty and the pin will continue to retract eventually. I ended up ordering from a different vendor on Amazon and their pins are spring loaded. They don't retract like the ones from Fitbit. Just an FYI.

I have Sense since June 2022. The sleeping track has problem, the charger has problem since last night. I tried to turn off the watch and changed other plugs, but doesn’t work. Honestly Fitbit Sense has lots of problem, may I ask for refund? I bought two in May. 😞

The charger is from Fitbit Sense box. I didn’t buy any extra. --

I,too, have had and am currently having charging issues. Now it has completely stopped charging and I'll have to buy a new charger for the 4th time. Please post the name of the Amazon vendor you've been using with success.
I've been wasting money using the Fitbit chargers.
Thanks.

I have had to buy 6 chargers already. They last about 1 to 3 months on average.

When my sense is no longer worth owning I will never buy anything from fitbit again. Poor design.

The ones I got from Amazon don’t last long. Good luck
