Sense won't update the clock format

G'day, just got my Sense today. First time ever using or owning a Fitbit. 🙂

To be clear, I know how to set the time through the app and sync to my Sense.
However, it still refuses to update to 12-hour format.

Is there something I can do to force it to change?
Unfortunately I will not be able to keep it if it won't use 12-hour time.

Thank you for any help! ❤️

Update: I've found out that it's a problem with a particular clock face. Unfortunately I will not be able to use the clock face again until that is corrected. 🙂

On phone app from Today screen:

Profile Pic (circle at top left) > App Settings > Clock Display Time > 12 Hour

There might be a few clock faces that are only 24 hour time display but I think all "by Fitbit" allow both 12 or 24 hour time.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Cheers for the reply, man. 🙂
Yeah, that was the first thing I tried.

The clock I was trying to use is called Hollywatch (I'm a Red Dwarf fan).
Unfortunately, no matter what I did it refused to change to 12-hour format.
So, I uninstalled it. Unfortunately, I cannot use it without 12-hour format.
I also have no way of contacting the developer. So, no luck there.

Oh, well. Plenty of other watches to choose from. 🙂
