Sense charging cord suddenly stopped working

My sense still charges when I use my husband's charging cord. Mine suddenly stopped working- I know it's the cord because I have tested it in many places, while my husband's cord still works. How do I get a replacement since this is still a fairly new device?

Hi @PippiDC  you just tell customer support all the steps you've taken to show it's the charger.
