I just recently received a Sense watch. The 1st couple of days the clock face appeared when I raised my arm just like my old Ionic watch. Yesterday this stopped working and I have to push the button on the side of my watch to see the clock face. No settings have been changed (the Sense setting is set to display the clock face when arm is raised). Any help with this would be appreciated. Thanks.

Try restarting the watch
Hold the side button until you see the Fitbit logo then release and let it process.
also make sure Do not disturb or sleep mode is not enabled. Activate face, swipe right, all 6 symbols should be greyed out.

Thanks.
Followed the recommendations -
Held in the side button until Fitbit Logo came up, let it process
Swiped right and made sure all 6 symbols are greyed out.
Still having the same issue; tried the procedure 3 times just to make sure
At least on the Ionic I could tap the face and bring it to life, but that does not work either.
Any other ideas?
Thanks.

The bottom middle should be lit and on automatic.
