Hi,

Not sure if you guys frequently encountered "Clock Error" with the Clock Face?

See the image for the error Clock Error

Have to go to the App and re-select the Clock Face to go back to normal.

Hi @KeithLi.. Welcome on board.

Thanks for your efforts and the picture provided. While this is odd, may I know if this happens when doing something on your Sense? Or does it happen by itself? Also, do you recall since when this started to happen?

In the meantime, let's try the following steps to reconnect your watch:

  1. Forget your Sense from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Check if the Fitbit app is updated.
  3. Restart your watch to refresh its performance.
  4. Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
  5. Select your Sense, tap Replace Device and follow the on-screen instructions.
  6. Monitor its behavior in the next days and let me know how it goes.

Hi Lizzy,

I am using Oppo Find X 3 Pro running on Android 11.

The firmware of the Fitbit Sense is 44.128.5.49.

The problem still remain and the firmware seems buggy.

Today the Sense display a cartoonish clock face which I never download or install before.

See attached image. Error Random Close Face

Hi there, @KeithLi..

Thanks for the details and the pictures provided. Because your phone meets the requirements, it's fully compatible with the Fitbit app. However, it's odd that your Sense shows an undefined message instead of your step count. I'm sorry for this inconvenience and to work on this matter, please give a try to the following:

  1. Change the clock face to another one from Fitbit.
  2. Restart your watch one more time.
  3. If your stats are displayed correctly, try going back to the previous clock face.
  4. On the Fitbit app, tap Today and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
