Yes my Fitbit Sense makes no sense at all. The heart rate is all over the place. I have a heart pace maker set at 30 beats per minute, but when I am resting in bed Fitbit shows my rate between 80-90.
My sleep function shows between -1 hour to +3hours a night.
Now my clock face is blank. I tried the trick of holding down the left button for 10 sec. and relishing when the logo comes on. At this time, I have talked with two different IT at Fitbit without any positive result.
Can somebody help me fix my Fitbit Sense.

Hi @mugglepop,
This may be a hard pill to swallow, but have you tried factory resetting your Sense? On the device itself, hold the side button down for 15 seconds. When you release it, you should see the Fitbit logo appear and it should instruct you to go to the Fitbit app and set it up. Let's do that now.
Open your Fitbit app and turn on your BT (you'll need this later). On your Dashboard (the first page you see when you log in), you should see all your stats and your profile picture in the top left corner of your screen, Tap your profile pic and you should see several options, including one to "Add A New Device". Select this and you'll be asked which device you're setting up. Select the "Sense" and it should ask you if you want to replace your Sense. Select "Yes" and you'll be asked to go through the setup process again. Go through all the prompts and you should be all set.
This should at lease help with the clock face issue and it may also help you with the heart rate issue.

@mugglepopLooks like reset didn't work for you but try @DramaQueenDiva instructions 1st then Please contact Fitbit Support in your country. Hopefully they be able to assist you while on the phone. You can also go to Fitbit web page and select support to have a live chat with a support tech. If issue is resolved then don't forget to get a incident reference number to follow it up.
