Sense clock face graphics look wonky

Received my new Fitbit sense today. The graphics look wonky and when changed to a lighter watch face it is definitely noticeable.  Says clock face may not be optimised. Don’t know if they are all like this or I was just unfortunate. Will be returning and buying another in a few weeks. Did the update as soon as out of the box so it’s not that. Very disappointed

Hi @SunsetRunner. It's nice to see you around.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and keeping your watch updated. I'm sorry that you've had this experience with your new Sense and let me give you a hand. So I can investigate on my end, may I know if this happened with a Fitbit clock face? If so, may I know the name? I'd recommend to restart your watchuse a different clock face from Fitbit and sync with the Fitbit app to apply the changes. Keep me posted with the outcome.

It seemed to be wonky even on the original watch face. I’ve returned that one and purchased another Sense. No problems with this one. Thank you

It seemed to be all watch faces. I’ve returned that one and bought a new Sense. No problems with this one. Hopefully it will stay that way. I was disappointed to find that I can’t answer calls from the watch via iPhone but apparently that is coming soon. At least I hope it does. Thank you

Hi @SunsetRunner. It's nice to see you here again.

Thanks for getting back and sharing that you were able to get a new working Sense. That's great news and I hope you enjoy the experience with it. About your other question, currently you can set up call, text and app notifications on your watch. However, if you refer to the Bluetooth calls feature, this will be available in late 2020.

If you need anything else, just let me know.

Hi @forthewatch. It's great to see you here in the forums.

Thanks for your interested in our Fitbit products and let me help you with your inquiry. Currently we don't have further details about the Bluetooth calls feature for the Fitbit Sense. However, keep an eye to the Community Forums as we'll share any information of a coming feature once it's available.

That would be great if that feature comes into Fitbit sense. Also please tell developers to produce some kind of Sound notifications through speakers. I think people will really like the notifications of email, messages etc with sound.

Hi @forthewatch. I hope you're doing well.

That's a great idea and I'm sure it'll help many members that prefer sounds when getting a reminder, notification or alarm. While the comments shared in the forums are always taken into consideration, let me recommend to post this idea in the Feature Suggestions board so it can get the attention of our developers. Be sure to read the FAQ if you have any questions on how that board works.

Yeah, I noticed my 80's sunset clock face is running kinda slow, compared to it on my versa one.

Hi @EJ86. I'm glad to see you here in the forums.

Thanks for joining this thread and sharing the issues with your Sense clock face. Just to confirm, was this clock face made by Fitbit? Also, do you mean the stats or animation of the clock face are running slow? Or is your watch slow when swiping the screen or opening an app? Please note that there are some clock faces created by third-party developers and the best way to share your feedback is getting in touch with them directly. You'll find their contact details in the clock face description in the Fitbit app.
