Wore my Fitbit sense in the pool and now the Home Screen is not working. I am also not happy with the heart rate reading of my watch. I am in the elliptical and my heart rate is 90 when I clearly know it is not. The watch does not read heart rates properly. Plus I bought the watch for O2 readings and that feature does not even work in the Dominican Republic. No where did it say that that portion was not available. So disappointed with this watch.

Hi @Jenself72. Welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for the details provided, as well as sharing your thoughts about this situation. This isn't the experience that we want you to have with your Sense and I'm sorry for this inconvenience. Our team is constantly working to improve our products and the feedback shared in the forums is a big part of this process. In regards to the home screen not working, do you mean that the screen doesn't respond to taps or swipes? If that's correct, I'd recommend restarting your Sense to refreshing its performance and then try navigating through its screens.
About the heart rate, does this happen just when doing an elliptical workout? Or have you had a similar behavior when doing other exercises or daily activities? As you may know, there are some factors that impact the heart rate data such as the ones described here. If those factors don't apply to you, because you'll restart your watch, please try moving the band about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone to get a better fit so it's secure, but not too tight, and monitor its behavior. Once you're done with your exercise, you can lower the band on your wrist.
Last but not least, let me share that our team is working hard to to bring Fitbit SpO2 to Fitbit users across the world, and appreciate your patience and support. I understand that you'd like to use this feature in your region, please know your feedback won't go unnoticed and will be passed along. Keep an eye on this link as we'll keep updating the supported countries list.
Hope this helps.
