Sense won’t sync even after troubleshooting

Seems myself and a lot of others are having problems with the Sense not syncing! I have done everything that troubleshooting suggests it worked once and stopped straight after! Also I have just learnt that certain features don’t work in Australia!!! The whole reason I bought the sense was because of those features. A response from Fitbit would be great and one that doesn’t just say try the troubleshooting options, they DON’T fix this syncing issue!!🤬

I just spent about 30 mins on the phone with Fitbit and they had me to factory reset the watch and delete it from the app. I have an iOS device if that makes any difference.  It seems to be syncing now!  I will continue to monitor throughout the day to ensure that it continues to sync without any issues.

Hi Andrea, I’m on IOS too. I will give that a try. Doesn’t change the fact the Fitbit is advertised with certain features and they don’t work in some countries! Thanks for your reply @SunsetRunner

Have you done the troubleshooting yet? factory reset? Does it work afterwards?

@lablover55  I have done everything.  Sadly I am having no luck.  I reached out to Fitbit this morning and they are sending a replacement.  I hope that resolves the issue because it seem to have started with the last update.
