i have been trying for a week to load the Starbucks app on my fitbit sense. When I add the number in the fitbit app the barcode will appear on my watch but it wont scan. in the actual fitbit Starbucks app, it says no Starbucks card. i have called, chatted, reinstalled numerous times, cant figure it out.

Thanks for your efforts while working on this matter, as well as contacting our Support team. I'm sorry you're having these difficulties and to work on this together, I'd recommend turning up the brightness level of the screen. Swipe right from the clock face on your watch to access the quick settings, tap Brightness and adjust the screen brightness. Then, restart your Sense to refresh its performance and try using the Starbucks app one more time.
