Does the app tell you hat it has to connect?
Do you also have a second device that you sync through, your tracker can only connect to one device at a time
Are you saying that the Sense keeps getting removed from the list of trusted Bluetooth devices @Ollie22. this is what un-pair means.
If it does un-pair the app, when restarted should ask to pair the tracker.

If the Sense is connected to your fit bit account, there isn't anything for you to pair. Open the fit bit app and tap sync now, the fit it app will ask for permission to pair. Trying to pair through the computers Bluetooth should be rejected by the tracker.
A tracker only needs to be setup once, since this setup does not connect the tracker to the phone or computer. Setup connects the tracker to your Fitbit cloud account

Did you remove the tracker from the Bluetooth list? This is how to un-pair the tracker. I think your are saying that the tracker will not connect
What steps are you trying to pair the tracker?
I only ask because the user can not pair the tracker. The fitbit app most do the pairing.

@Ollie22 The Sense, like all the current Fitbits, is programmed to set up and sync with compatible smartphones and tablets. Windows 10 users say they can sync after setup, but you can't set up a device on Windows 10. Fitbit has moved away from computer set up. There isn't any stated or implied connectivity with Windows 11. You need a smartphone or tablet for your Sense.

I'm not sure what smartphone we are talking about, but since Fitbit doesn't support the windows PC anymore if stick with the phone.
On the other hand, if you sync through the phone, there is no need to a nc through rye PC. A sync takes the travelers data and puts it on rye server. The app then gets its data from the server. And it doesn't matter how the data gets sent to the server

Most of the time Fitbit states the device is out on date when in FACT it is not and its simply an issue with the fitbit.
I've recently had a fitbit replaced and the problem was sovled!!!
So useless and unreliable.
