Sense constantly crashing

I wish that I’d never switched to the sense. It crashes constantly and will not sync to the app. I’ve tried resetting it numerous times today along with shutting my phone down and restarting. I have this issue every time I charge my sense. I’m ready to throw it in the garbage!!

If my sense not syncing this is all i do to get it to sync. I hold the button on the watch 10-14 seconds to do a soft restart on watch  i close the app on my phone i check and make sure no apps are open on my phone after the watch has rebooted back up i open the app and then pull down to sync the watch with the app that it that how i fix mine takes about 15 seconds to close app make sure all apps are closed and the watch takes about 10-14 seconds to put it into soft restart then it takes anywhere from 10-15 seconds for watch to boot back up so all in all should take you about 35-45 seconds to restart watch close out app and restart app sync watch. I see a lot of folks get frustrated with this it not that big of an issue to me you only need to sync your watch twice a day really but each their own.

I tried all of that and it didn’t work! The sends belongs in the garbage!

Same here!  I’ve done everything on the forums. It won’t stay connected and I’m missing calls and texts, etc.  So aggravating!

Worst watch ever, complete waste of money. Could have got better from Primark. No warranty even within 7 months of having two faulty devices!

 Used to be an honest and reliable brand. Now it’s a joke as we realise they are a bunch of crooks.

That’s an understatement. I had two broken devices in 7 months, they won’t replace the refurbed replacement, even though my original faulty sense is still in warranty as I purchased it in May. They have a great offer on the Apple and Samsung watches now. Very good brands that you can trust
