Very disappointed in this product. I replaced my I watch with this and just spent an hour in a chat with tech-support and they can’t fix it. My sense controls will not stay connected I can’t use find my iPhone and I don’t get calls on my watch or notifications. Should’ve kept my I watch

Sense Controls isn't meant to be continuously connected. It's for when music is playing on your phone or when you get a phone call. Continuously being connected would kill the battery. It works just fine that way with my Google Pixel 6 Pro.

Why doesn’t find phone work. It just spins and spins.

And my phone never rings on it. Awful paired product.

I know it might be different on an iPhone but do you see "On-wrist calls"?
If it's set-up correctly, you should see this:

Thanks the Tech took me through this and it didn’t work. along tomorrow.

Calling.

So are you saying it does say, "On-wrist calls is all set" but you're not able to get the notification or answer?

That's what is currently happening with me. It says it's set up but I'm not actually getting the calls on my watch. I tried the test call its not working either. It used to work but just stopped recently
