Hi @Naunidh. Welcome on board.

Before anything else let me explain that after setting up a Fitbit device to your account, you may need to wait a few days to receive an update which will allow you to use its features. That being said, please open the Settings app on your watch, scroll down and tap About > System Info and confirm if the version is 44.128.4.17. If that's correct, I'd recommend doing the following steps:

  1. Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Sense > Apps > SpO2. Make sure there isn't any pending update for this app and to have all the permissions enabled.
  2. Remove your watch from the Bluetooth settings.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and restart your watch.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  5. Wear your tracker about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone and monitor its behavior in the next days.

Please note your watch doesn't retroactively measure your SpO2 values and you must get at least 3 hours of quality sleep so this data can be collected.

Hope this helps.
