Sense dead battery icon won't go away

When my sense is fully charged, the battery with the line through it still comes down into view for a second. The battery symbol on the clock face shows the correct battery life. Why won't it go away?

Hi @Rhythmman - does this also happen when the watch is synced to the Fitbit App, so that it shows 100%?

@Rhythmman   The critical low battery is red.  If you are seeing a white icon with a slash, then you lost your Bluetooth connection with your phone.

If you put your Fitbit on your ankle when you ride your spin bike, then you just don’t get it.

Hi @Rhythmman  - as @NanaRuns  says.

The correct place to see your status indicators is How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

Look for Sense and understand status indicators section.
