Hello,
My too left Charing pin is stuck in like the box is there a way to remove it from the box which works like using a magnet or something I actually was very careful using this but it just broke
Please help if possible (also any way to talk to customer service about this)
Update: For what it's worth I see if it's under warranty there is a replacement mine still is I believe is there a way to contact about this?
