Sense delivery issues

Very bad customer experience. How can you take an order when you don’t have a product and you are trying compete with Apple. Common guys in a such pandemic time even small time Retailers literally working around the clock to deliver with a day. Being a sports band and talking about active, fitness ect.. this is not acceptable.

 

If you continue like this I don’t think fitbit brand will sustain for long time.

Hi @Manju12  your post didn't really explain very much. What exactly is the issue? The Sense is a product, but due to demand, it might be on back order. Is that it? It shows as being available in the US.
