I just got my Sense for Christmas, so last night was the first night wearing it to bed. It did not record any sleep data.

Hi, @SunsetRunner, welcome to the community, may I draw your attention to this article How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device? you will see you need to be sleeping for at least 3 hours. Once you've had a chance to go over this article and looked for a sleep score over a couple of nights please post here again if you are still stuck.

Cheers

I looked at the link you sent. It says when you’re totally at rest, the Fitbit will start recording sleep in about an hour. It did record last night’s sleep, but started about 3 hours after I went to bed. Waiting an hour isn’t too bad, but not recording until after 3 hours pretty much makes it useless as far as a sleep score goes.

Get used to that. I have had a Sense for 6 months and only get a “sleep score” once a week or so. I’ve been on with support so often I expected to see them at Christmas. It just doesn’t seem to work. Versa seemed to be better. Sadly I can’t afford to make a change, I strongly suggest you just accept that it’s not going to work. They actually replaced my original unit, without any improvement.

I’ve don’t all this. I sleep between 5 and 7 hours a night, wear it snugly but not tight on my non dominant hand, do everything they told me to do. It doesn’t work. Period. This is my second unit— they replaced the first for the same reason. The upside is I’ll let the premium expire.

Useless Is an excellent description. (Can you tell how frustrated I am about this?😂😂)

Sorry— can’t edit. Should say I’ve “done” all this

I used a Charge 2 for a few years. It kept track of my sleep. My husband bought me the Sense for Christmas. You’d think it would work as good as an old version!

That was my thought as well, but not so.
