Sense died

This morning during my workout I looked at my 5 month old Sense to see the Fitbit diamond logo, now nothing. I have it charging, but it was close to fully charged when I started my workout. Luckily, I bought it through Amazon and got the extended warranty, but I won't be replacing it with another Sense, there have been too many issues in the short 5 months that I have had it. Any suggestions to revive it?

Did you try long pressing the side button for about 8-10 seconds to force it to restart? If you ever had issues with the button in general, make sure you're pressing it like a squeeze, as if there's an actual button and not just resting or lightly pressing.

That is the first thing I tried. I am chatting with them, trying to figure it out.

@Shapour, exactly, it had the logo on it for a little while, then the screen went totally blank. I have to give credit to Fitbit, the customer service was excellent. I have had some issues in the past and heard others say how bad the customer service has been. I got in touch through the chat line and after trouble shooting a few things, they are replacing the Sense. Just waiting to hear when the new one is being shipped.
