After receiving the email to do a firmware update due to risk of overheating, I eventually got the update done on my sense. Since then, the display on my sense has been messed up. The clock face is missing parts of data and words. When you click into apps or exercise you can see only symbols and no words.

Similar issue here. After the update the clockface appeared, but the Android app started installing different clockfaces on the Sense and has been stuck ever since with the clockface on the Sense disappearing and the app showing an Unable to install message with 'switching' on the clockface in the background. I eventually reinstalled the app on the phone, turned off the Sense, and tried to reset it, but the display is no longer responding, so overall, it's a mess. The only good thing is that it still syncs.

And I thought I was the only one with this dead screen issue. We're all having the same exact issues all following an update. What are the odds of that happening? My Sense is synced, it will charge, it is still vibrating when calls or notifications are coming in, and it does not get hot upon charging. I'm calling this one a Fitbit malfunction. Not a me malfunction. We should at least get the courtesy of a replacement, or a free fix at the least. I for one cannot afford another tracker.
