two days ago this horizontal white stripe showed up on my fitbit sense. have powered on/off several times and still there, also changed clock face several times, still there. Need assistance.

I'm sorry you're having this experience and while checking your details I noticed you already have a case created with our Support team. In this case, I'd recommend keeping an open communication with them in order to receive further assistance.
