I received my Sense on Monday Aug 30th. I've tried everything to get the SpO2 to work on the watch face. I've done everything I could possibly do, watched YouTube videos and read numerous comments to make sure I've done things correctly. The watch face still says SpO2 not installed. On the phone app it has the oxygen registered. Why isn't it showing up on the clock face. I'm so frustrated. I had the original Versa and it worked great and though I'd upgrade to the sense. Big mistake. I am extremely disappointed in this watch and the price is ridiculous. I'm thinking of returning it.

Note: Even if SpO2 worked you would only get one reading per night at best.
It sometimes needs to be worn for a few days with good nights' sleep to show SpO2, but even so it's highly unreliable. The Estimated Oxygen Variation seems more reliable
There are also numerous other software/firmware issues at the moment.
It would be best to return it while you can.
The original Versa is a much better watch, if its not broken.
