Sense blank screen

My fitbit sense screen is blank after left for overnight charge.  Can anyone please assistance?  Thank you.

Have tried pushing the button to activate the screen?  If so and still blank:

 

Press and hold side button until fitbit logo appears.

 

See if that brings it back to life.

@HoCS Thanks for the details shared in your post. I recommend connecting your watch to the charging cable and checking if is updated to the latest version: How do I update my Fitbit device? You can also try doing the following:

 

  1. Restart the device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  2. Change a clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
