My Sense has recently started freezing right after i complete an EDA scan. I'm not sure if it's a bug in the software or that maybe something just isn't right with my watch. Does anyone else have a fix to this?

I'm not having that issue. First, I would try shutting down the Sense and then starting it back up again. If that doesn't work, I would uninstall the EDA scan app and then reinstall it.

This has been happening to me, too. I can often hold the button for a moment which seems to close the app and return the Sense to normal working state. The "Got it" notification at the bottom of the app after completing a scan does not appear to be responsive. This only appears to happen when using the Guided Session portion of the app, I haven't noticed it with the Quick Scan.
