Sense doesn't charge

Ive been a long time user of Fitbits, but noticed that my last two have sucked. Of course, I got the "best" models, the current being the Sense, and the previous being the Ionic-Adidas edition. Both have stopped working shortly after getting them! The current Sense doesn't charge and I got it 4/6/2021...COME ON! This is unacceptable. The Sense's total cost with the warranty was $383.17 and it cant even last 6 months??!! I wouldn't be as upset about it if this was the first time, but now this is two in a row with the Ionic costing over $250 a few years back. 

For the amount of money Ive spent trying to use these watches, I think it's worth it just to switch to a Garmin or anything else that will WORK. 

Sooooo annoying!!!

There is a known issue with the chargers - Check the 4 pins are equally prominent, if not it needs replacing.

Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you with a replacement charger.

Hi, @MVPs05 , welcome to the community, I struggled with a similar problem recently when I got a warning about "slow charging" on USB sockets I knew to be good. I cleaned the back of my Sense with warm soapy water and used cotton buds with a twisting motion to ensure the 4 "pits" on the back of the Sense were clean to allow the pins on the charging cable to contact the "pits" properly. This seems to have solved the problem.

Hi, @MVPs05, thanks for your info, I'm concerned I may not have expressed myself clearly, I refer to the little dimples in the back of the Sense, not the pins in the charging cradle.

I tried cleaning the dimples this morning and that didn't work either unfortunately. I just need to send it back at this point. Thank you for taking the time to help me!
