I bought Fitbit Sense recently and one of the prominent issues I am facing is being unable to connect to my Bluetooth earphones. I have Sony WF-1000XM3 Bluetooth earphones and my mobile android version is 10. I already chatted with customer support and tried every possible steps guided but none worked. Along with this issue I am also disappointed that as promised by the customer support team that the will get back on this issue with me , they have not yet ! Kindly help.

I have exactly the same problem with the sense and my WF-1000XM3.... Is there already a solution?

I found the solution!
Follow these steps:
1. Put the earphones in your ears
2. Press both buttons on the earphones at the same time for about 7 seconds
3. Then you should hear "bluetooth pairing"
and then your fitbit will see your sony device while searching for Bluetooth connections 🙂 goodluck!
