Hey members,
I have bought Fitbit sense and trying to pair Mi wireless earphones. But it always shows "Connection Failed" error message.
I had long and irritating chat with support about this issues. Support asked me to do those restart type troubleshooting steps. Which I already did. Later support says FitBit is working fine. This problem is with my earphones 🙄. Such irresponsible response.
I can see few threads in this forum about this problem. Instead of opening them up, I started the new thread.
If anyone planning to buy fitbit then do give second thought.
Please let me know if you are facing same issue or you are one who fixed this.
Thanks 😊

Which earphones are you using? I had no issues pairing my Sense with my Jabra earphones.

I'm having the same issue connecting my sense to my skullcandy sesh evo earbuds and while consulting the googles all I can find is the only ones not having problems are those with Jabras.... I really don't want to have to buy new earbuds just bc I got a new watch.... there needs to be a fix to this failed connection bc there's nothing wrong with my buds but there is with the fitbit sense!

To pair a new Bluetooth audio device:
Activate pairing mode on your Bluetooth headphones or speaker.
On Sense, open the Settings app. Vibration & audio.
In the Bluetooth section, tap Manage devices.
Swipe up to see the Other devices section.
When Sense finds nearby Bluetooth audio devices, it shows a list on the screen.
Regards,
Will

Yes, ideally it should work after following steps you mentioned in your reply. Unfortunately it's not working. I think Problem is with fitbit, it is not supporting the MI Earphone. Fitbit should test device with Mi earphone and publish the results. It's really bad to waste customers time and money.
