Sense won't connect to Alexa voice assistant

Fibit will not connect to Alexa voice no matter what I try

Try going through Fitbit's troubleshooting steps at https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2009.htm?Highlight=alexa and, if that doesn't help, then contact customer support via contact.fitbit.com

Sign out from the Amazon app (or Alexa app) on your phone, and then try adding Alexa to your Fitbit. Reboot your WiFi router or modem. Try using a different Amazon account to test if the problem is your account. Reinstall the Fitbit app on your paired phone, then set up Alexa again.

Add the Fitbit skill to ask Alexa to open the Exercise app or start a workout for you. In the Amazon Alexa app on your phone, find the Fitbit skill. Tap Enable. Log in using your Fitbit account credentials and give permission for Alexa to access your profile and data.
