Sense doesn't receive whatsapp calls notifications

Hello dear , i have a fitbit sense watch that is working fine with Samsung s9 plus running latest android . It receives all notifications with normal calls and sms . I have an issue that only whatsapp calls doesn't show notification on the clock . I tried all fixes but nothing helped. As i mentioned before all notifications is working except whatsapp calls ..

Hi @Joey.e - this can happen, if you don't see whatsapp in the Fitbit App when you click profile photo, device photo, Notifications, App notifications, wait till you have a pending notification on the phone and then enable it.

I can see whatsapp notifications messages but can't recieve notifications from whatsapp calls.

I can recieve missed call notification from whatsapp but when receiving a whatsapp call the notification on sense doesn't appear

@Joey.e  -  I misread the question, this may be a whatsapp setting, does it have banners set on?

Yes all the settings is done. If not i won't receive messages notifications from whatsapp .

This is a Fitbit on Android issue, it is unable to detect the way apps such as WhatsApp and MS Teams deal with Incoming calls. For some reason this changed at some point to a Banner notification type. Unless some one knows a workaround or Fitbit fix if they can or WhatsApp change the way the call notification is handled, the issue will remain. Its very frustrating not to recieve an incoming call, but is able to tell you when it's missed! As far as I know Apple IOS works fine, so that may be the only real option at the moment. A response directly from Fitbit would be nice to explain what is going on.

I have the same problem with Sense and not seeing Whatsapp incoming calls. Just FYI - Garmin (tried on vivoactive 4) has no such problem and displays Whatsapp calls as required. So technically it must be possible, Fitbit is just not advanced enough to do it.
