Bluetooth disconnected when leave overnight

1. Hi, i have an issue where sense disconnected from phone overnight,and in the morning i could not connect with it unless open the app itself. It shows a sign phone and slash.

Tried to re-pair the device seems to take some time only will succeed, when doing reset and re update the fitbit, sometimes it will stated error not sure is the bluetooth issue or wifi issue (although connection is strong), restart and shut down won't do the job, reinstall the app problem occurs the same..

2.Pairing unsuccessful for sense control in the application itself but sense control is able to connect with mobile device in the settings.Within the app shows a ! sign on bluetooth pairing.

Device I am using is Samsung Galaxy note 10 plus Android version 12 with the latest update.

Hi @Yihyih88  - it would seem the original problem is with the note 10 and battery saving or permissions not allowing the Fitbit App to run in background. It might be worth checking.

For the Bluetooth sense controls try clicking on the gear and turning it on, then in the Fitbit App use On-wrist setting. It is mainly used for music or calls.

For normal syncing the Bluetooth Sense entry is used and  the following may restore it to working.

• Remove it
• Logout of the Fitbit App
• Login again
• Go to the phone home screen without closing the App
• Click on the sync popup
• Wait for it to pair and link
• Then sync

Hi thank you for the suggestion,but now I think it unpaired automatically from my phone (without power saving on) instead and disconnected unless open the Fitbit application only can connect.Not sure is it any Bluetooth interference or the pressence of same sense model will cause it to unpaired and disconnected from the device..

Hi,i also having the same problem seems that the solution that you suggested are not working for me, whenever my phone restart at night,sense won't automatically reconnect itself with the phone but if i open the fitbit app.than you for the suggestion.
