Sense doesn't recognize Deezer

I've tried the Fitbit support chat and reached out to Deezer as well.  I got my Sense last week and set up my Deezer account using the activation code from my Sense.  My Sense has never recognized the Deezer account, no matter how many times I charge it.  I can't force my Sense to sync because Sense does not recognize that my Deezer account exists.  None of the online help articles address this.  So, I've bought a $300 device that doesn't recognize my music app and on top of that, apparently it doesn't store my music either, like my Ionic did.  I've seen the option to download my music so I'm hoping that's an actual possibility but I have to be able to get Deezer to work on my Sense before I can start to figure that out.

Does Deezer have some sort of a premium subscription? I know I can't get my Spotify subscription to work on my Sense since it only works with Spotify Premium
